When you run, the first thing that hits the ground is your feet. That means what’s on your feet matters.
The foam, air, grid, gel and other materials position your feet in ways that either work for your body or don’t.
Couple this with your strengths, weaknesses and other bio-mechanics and it could be a recipe for disaster or a recipe for running love.
