Being a runner, I’m pretty sure you’re no stranger to injury. If you are, fantastic! But most of us have been injured at one time in our running-life or another.
But fortunately we can significantly reduce our chances of getting an injury through flexibility and strength training.
I’m sure you’re no stranger to hearing that either. But seriously, the last thing you want is to run for months only to come down with a case of patella tend0nitis or a hamstring strain a couple weeks before your goal race. Right?
Well, with targeted strength and mobility work, you increase your chances of making it to the starting line healthy.
