This has been one of the most fascinating interviews I’ve had the pleasure to be on the other side of. If you are in any of the LinkedIn running groups, you will know the name Chris Cudworth.
Chris can often be found imparting knowledge he’s learned during his 30+ year running career.
Chris has been a fairly elite runner since high school. He ran in college, placing 2nd in the nation in cross country. Raced for a running shop. Then got married. Got older. Tore an ACL. Or two. Did rehab and took up cycling. Raced the bike too. And he’s a writer. And still a runner.
In this episode, we talk about:
- How he got started with running
- Running at an elite level
- Running to make you happier
- Running and getting older
- How running changes you
- We Run and We Ride
In the inspirational segment I share an inspiring quote.
