Fix Your Run: Get Stronger, Get Faster, FEEL Good (Video Training)

Hey Conscious Runner!

Did you know many running injuries are the result of weak glutes and hips?

Let me take you back a bit.

Before I began a running-specific strength and mobility program, every time I increased my mileage or intensity, I would come down with an injury.

I’ve had everything from foot pain to knee pain to ankle pain to hip pain to back pain.

My running would go well for about 4 or 5 months, and then then something would begin to hurt. It would start out gradually, eventually progress and ultimately force me to stop.

Can you relate?

And then one day I had had it with being injured so much, and not being able to train consistently! It was then that I committed myself to consistent, running-specific strength and mobility work.

The result was I was able to run my highest, most consistent mileage ever for several years and feel FANTASTIC while doing it! And here’s the thing, I’m still going! Woot! Woot!

If you are ready to experience injury-free, consistent running, this training is for you.

In it, you will learn some of the EXACT exercises I use to strengthen my glutes and hips and avoid a litany of injuries and run consistently for years. The best thing about this training is you can do the exercises along with me.

But that’s not all, at the end of the training, I’m going to invite you to join The Conscious Runner Circle, which gives you access to everything I’ve created to help you become a stronger, faster, more injury-resistant runner and feel good while doing it. So, be on the lookout for that!

After you perform the routine, send me an email and let me know how it went. I’d love to know.

With care, Lisah
