My mission at The Conscious Runner is to help you become a stronger, faster, more injury resistant runner and feel FANTASTIC while doing it! This is a role I take seriously!

One thing I know for sure is that many runners like to coach themselves (me included). But lets be honest, you get up in the morning (unless you’re an afternoon or evening runner) and head out for your run without much of a longer term plan in mind. Sure, you have an end goal, but your day to day workouts are largely undetermined and for the most part lack workouts that give you the progression of physiological adaptions necessary to perform your best. Eeeek! As a result, you show up at the starting line either overtrained or under-prepared. Nobody likes that!

You see, if you want to get faster and set a personal best in your next race, you need a plan. Admittedly, the BEST plan you can get will come from a running coach (as long as the coach knows what they are doing), such as myself. Woot! Woot!
