Welcome to The Conscious Runner! I’m so glad you found me! I know running is more than putting one foot in front of the other. It is your meditation, your sanctuary, your your challenge. And I know it SUCKS when you’re injured, you don’t get faster, or you’re riddled with niggling aches and pains. This is where I come in. My name is Lisah. I am a masters runner (over age 40), certified running coach, and strength and injury prevention trainer. Using a conscious approach, I help you become a stronger, faster, more injury-resistant runner and feel GOOD while doing it! You can see EXACTLY how I do that here.
